Buffers offer temporary storage for individual plates or packages, thereby decoupling and synchronising the flow of parts between critical process steps and sometimes compensating for issues in specific units.

Sorting processes optimise the use of production cells, enhancing efficiency in subsequent production stages. They can also determine the order of finished parts for loading.

Our sorting solutions range from basic buffer and sorting boxes to customised systems with single plate and parcel storage. These systems use digital servo drives for high performance, and all our sorting solutions include PC control, system visualisation, and the ability to connect directly to the relevant production control system.
