The BIMA CUT is a versatile and efficient solution for custom furniture production, ideal for handicrafts, interior design, and shopfitting. It combines a machining center and panel saw into a compact, one-person production cell, capable of handling the entire process—from cutting and drilling to grooving and edging—on a single machine.

Unlike pure nesting machines or panel saws, the BIMA CUT can produce individual carcass parts and handle complex tasks like sloping ceilings, curved furniture, and decorative panels. Its vacuum cup system eliminates the need for sacrificial plates and allows for five-sided machining, including integrated edge gluing, producing ready-to-install workpieces.

The machine’s design minimises setup times and can be linked to an edge processing machine for continuous, efficient production.
