The hl1 cut-to-size line is purposefully designed for batch size 1 production. Its modular design offers a wide range of setup options and performance levels, customised to meet specific customer needs.
hl1 Systems incorporate a longitudinal saw for strip production and a cross saw for cutting 4 strips simultaneously, achieving an output of up to 20 parts per minute. Additionally, the hl1 Concept utilises only the cross-cut saw, enabling production of both strips and components on a single saw line, with an output of up to 8 parts per minute”.
Various setup configurations are available for hl1 Systems, including:
• In-line
• L-arrangement
• U-arrangement
• In 2 levels
Different handling options are also offered, such as:
• With gantries
• With robotics
• Design with 3 or 4 lanes
